South Puget Sound Habitat offers eligible and qualified buyers the opportunity to own your own home.

Homeownership can mean having a safe, stable place to live and grow. No more rent increases, school changes, or searching for a decent place to rent.

Affordable Homeownership

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity creates affordable homeownership opportunities for qualified homebuyers. Once accepted into the program, homebuyers prepare for homeownership through education classes, guidance meetings, and by helping to build their homes alongside volunteers, construction professionals, and their future neighbors. At the end of the program, homebuyers purchase their new, energy efficient homes with an affordable mortgage.
