What is Veterans Build?

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity provides volunteer experiences that bring together veterans, military families and their neighbors. These experiences not only help bridge the gap and ease the transition to civilian life with fulfilling community engagement, but also helps build the connections that are crucial to reaching the veteran community with information and resources.

All of the tools and materials needed to build for your designated day will be provided to you. We will also provide you with a Veterans Build branded T-shirt and lunch on the day of your build.

Volunteer

Veterans Build offers veterans and active-duty service members a profound and local opportunity to unite and make a difference in their own community. Involvement in a Veterans Build project not only allows individuals to utilize and acquire valuable skills but also enables them to pay it forward, contributing to the growth of a family within the community and helping them attain strength, stability, and self-reliance. Help us build a stronger, more resilient community and a brighter future for all.
