Homeownership can mean having a safe, stable place to live and grow.
No more rent increases, school changes, or searching for a decent place to rent.

Affordable homeownership

South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity creates affordable homeownership opportunities for qualified homebuyers. Once accepted into the program, homebuyers prepare for homeownership through:

  • Education classes
  • Guidance meetings
  • Helping to build their homes

At the end of the program, homebuyers purchase their new, energy efficient homes with an affordable mortgage. From application to move-in takes about one year.
